Refund Policy

30-Day Refund Policy
At Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center Inc, we are committed to your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may change. We offer a 30-day refund policy for certain services and deposits, subject to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise of our medical professionals. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation and provide at least 24 hours notice, we may credit the fee toward a future appointment or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
Surgical Deposits
For surgical procedures, we require a deposit to secure your surgery date. Our refund policy for surgical deposits is as follows:
- Within 30 days of deposit: Full refund available upon request
- 31-60 days after deposit: 75% refund available
- 61-90 days after deposit: 50% refund available
- More than 90 days or within 14 days of scheduled surgery: Deposits are non-refundable
Non-Surgical Treatments
For non-surgical treatments and procedures:
- Prepaid treatment packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no treatments have been administered
- Partially used packages may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused portions within 30 days of the last treatment
- Individual treatment fees are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed
Products
Skincare products and other retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging for a full refund
- Opened products may be exchanged or receive store credit at our discretion
- Prescription items cannot be returned due to health regulations
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our office by phone or email. Include the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date of purchase or service
- Reason for the refund request
- Original receipt or payment confirmation
Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered
- Medical supplies or materials ordered specifically for your procedure
- Customized treatment plans or products
- Services cancelled due to patient non-compliance with pre-operative instructions
Medical Complications
In the rare event of medical complications or unsatisfactory results, we prioritize your well-being and satisfaction. We will work with you to address any concerns and may provide additional care or treatment at no additional cost when appropriate. Each situation is evaluated individually.
